HYWE is guided by a set of evolving computational and architectural principles.

These principles are not rigid rules, but directional ideas shaping the development of the system.


Intent Before Geometry

HYWE prioritizes relationships, hierarchy, and spatial purpose before formal geometric resolution.


Relationships Before Objects

Spatial organization is explored through adjacency, sequence, and relational continuity rather than isolated geometric objects.


Syntax as Source of Truth

programmatic intent is encoded in syntax; geometry is derived from that intent together with explicit computational constraints (such as sequence operators and boundary definitions).


Deterministic Interpretation

HYWE investigates deterministic computational interpretation rather than stochastic optimization or black-box generation.


Human-Guided Computation

The designer remains central to the process. Computational systems assist exploration rather than replace authorship.


Topology Before Drafting

HYWE explores topology and organizational logic before precise drafting or detailed architectural resolution.

The goal is not singular perfect solutions, but the exploration of alternate organizational possibilities.
