i18n: menus, dialogs, panes and status bar translate their labels; complete the Polish catalog - #2391
The Polish interface (#1091) is complete for the keys that exist, but a Polish user still sees English in many places, because those labels are drawn as literal strings and never reach tr. No catalog can translate them. The most visible case is Home › Conditional Formatting: Highlight Cells Rules, Greater Than…, Between…, Text that Contains…, A Date Occurring…, Duplicate Values…, Top/Bottom Rules, Data Bars, Color Scales, Icon Sets, New Rule…, Clear Rules and Manage Rules… are all English literals in ribbon.rs.
This was the follow-up commit in #1807 (closed as superseded by #1091). It is rebased here onto current main (egui 0.37).
What
Labels that were drawn as-is now go through the interface language: the Conditional Formatting and Borders menus, the generic form dialogs (Insert, Delete, Row Height, Protect Sheet, Paste Special, Series…), Find and Replace, Go To, Sort, Name Manager, Goal Seek, Solver, Spelling, the status bar statistics (including Numerical Count, Minimum and Maximum), the cell style gallery, the panes, message boxes and toasts.
The Shapes menu's Line gets its own key (Shapes|Line), apart from the Line chart, so Polish shows "Linia" there, not "Liniowy".
i18n/pl.rs keeps i18n: add Polish (pl) interface, full catalog (970 labels) #1091's catalog as it is on main and adds the entries these labels need plus every string cargo xtask i18n-report listed as missing for Polish (cell styles, icon sets, About, error checking, iteration) and the labels no catalog had yet (Outline Settings, Advanced Filter, Auto Fill Options, Solver, Insert › Icons, VBA notices, paper sizes…): 969 → 1,404 keys, pl: 0 missing. The labels still drawn as literals (OK / Cancel / Close, Name Manager headers, the colour palette, Trust Scripts…) go through tr too. No existing Polish wording is changed.
Where main already restructured the code (autosum_menu, selection_statistics, the text helper in the status bar, Id::unique, labelled_by, SaveAnswer), main's code is kept and only the label goes through tr.
Other languages fall back to English for the new keys, as before.
docs/localization-parity.md: revision history and header updated.
Testing
On Windows: cargo fmt --check, cargo clippy -p gridcraft-ui-egui --all-targets -D warnings and cargo xtask i18n-report pass; cargo test -p gridcraft-ui-egui: 1,092 pass, 2 fail (column_autocomplete_folds_case_beyond_ascii, language_switch_renders_the_ribbon_and_persists, missing glyph "ẻ" without CRAFT_FONTS_DIR), and they fail the same way on main without this change.
Checked by hand in the release build with the Polish interface: the Conditional Formatting and Borders menus, AutoSum, Find and Replace, Go To, Solver, Paste Special, the save-changes prompt and the status bar show Polish.

Rebased onto current main (f6bcd77), mergeable again. main replaced the old Macros dialog (dialogs/macros.rs) with macro_ui.rs, so this PR's changes to that file are gone; the rest is unchanged. Locally on Windows: cargo fmt --check passes and cargo xtask i18n-report shows pl: 0 missing (1402 keys). The two interaction:: UI tests that fail locally (no glyph for "ẞ" in the test fonts) fail the same way on main.

I read the head of the diff: menus, dialogs, panes and the status bar translate their labels, and the Polish catalogue is completed. The changes I saw replace literal English strings in widgets (ui.label("Preview"), the accessibility name "Border preview", the credits screen's "Show") with lookups through crate::i18n::current(ui.ctx()).tr(...), including the accessibility label, which is right because a screen reader announces the same language the screen shows. Pulling the strings through the catalogue is the work this repository asks for, and doing it for accessibility names as well is good attention to detail. The catalogue lookups use a context call per label per frame, which should be cheap if current is a clone of an Arc; the extraction tool must still see the English source strings, and tr(variable) hides them, so literals are required at each call. The Polish catalogue is a language that needs a native check, and the same author's formula locale (gridcraft#1883) is a separate thing. I have not run it, and no exact-head CI result exists for this head. Nothing was run.
I ran nothing and have no exact-head CI result for this PR, so this is not an approval. Where a diff was long I read its code hunks rather than every generated or documentation line.
Extraction:cargo xtask i18n-report reads the keys from the catalogs in crates/ui-egui/src/i18n/ (match arms and table rows), not from tr(...) call sites, so tr(label) doesn't hide anything from it. Passing a variable is the existing pattern on main too (about 75 tr(variable) calls), typically for labels that come from a table of literals. The report shows pl: 0 missing (1402 keys).
Cost:i18n::current reads a Copy enum from egui's context data, so a lookup per label per frame is cheap.

The Polish interface (#1091) is complete for the keys that exist, but a Polish user still sees English in many places, because those labels are drawn as literal strings and never reach
