Installation Scenarios

The proxy can be set up and operated as a Docker container in various scenarios, which sometimes requires in-depth admin and network knowledge. If you are looking for a simple installation variant, I recommend running the proxy in combination with Home Assistant, preferably as an add-on.

Proxy installation as Home Assistant App

Requirements for Home Assistant App Installation

Home Assistant add-ons run on Home Assistant OS or Supervised. Container and Core installations do not support add-ons. The option of looping the proxy into the connection between the device and the TSUN cloud. For this I recommend the use of the AdGuard add-on.
