Locking Collars
The Collar Locker allows locking and unlocking the collar and paws of an owned pet. The Golden Spatula can be used by non-owners to forciably remove locked collars and paws.
This recipe is shapeless.
For the Collar Locker, simply right-click on the pet you wish to lock. The first click will lock the collar and paws on, and the second will unlock it.
For the Golden Spatula, right click on the pet you wish to remove the collar from. If you want to use the Spatula on yourself, shift+rclick instead. Each Golden Spatula can remove 8 items before breaking.
