What changes were proposed in this pull request?
Add two opt-in AWS KMS integration paths:
DescribeKeytest. The README defines fixture variables, least-privilege access, skip/failure behavior, cleanup, and LocalStack licensing requirements.
Why are the changes needed?
Mocked SDK tests do not validate provider request wiring, aliases, or authentication behavior.
This work is now tracked in datastrato/gravitino-enterprise#905. The Apache OSS foundation remains #12132 and #12133.
Does this PR introduce any user-facing change?
No production behavior changes. It adds integration tests and testing documentation.
How was this patch tested?
./gradlew :bundles:aws:test -PskipITsMigration
