What changes were proposed in this pull request?
Add Testcontainers integration coverage for OpenBao and Vault Transit. Each test starts a disposable server, enables Transit, creates encryption and signing fixtures, and verifies the complete factory-to-HTTP metadata path, including a missing key.
The README documents pinned images, licensing boundaries, and CI requirements.
Why are the changes needed?
In-process HTTP tests cannot prove compatibility with real Transit servers. These tests validate the wire contract without persistent infrastructure or production credentials.
This work is now tracked in datastrato/gravitino-enterprise#904. The Apache OSS foundation remains #12132 and #12133.
Does this PR introduce any user-facing change?
No production behavior changes. It adds opt-in Docker tests and testing documentation.
