Bumps the uv group with 4 updates in the /openc3/python directory: coverage, fakeredis, ruff and ty.

Updates coverage from 7.16.1 to 7.16.2

Release notes

Sourced from coverage's releases.

7.16.2

Version 7.16.2 — 2026-09-27

  • Fix: on Python 3.14 and later, a for loop completing immediately before a function return could mistakenly report an uncovered branch. This is now fixed, closing issue 2168.
  • Fix: on Python 3.14 and later, the else clause of a try whose body is a with statement could incorrectly be reported as covered when the with raised. This is now fixed, closing issue 2289.
  • Fix: with dynamic_context = test_function, test methods written as @staticmethod or @classmethod were not given a context of their own. Now they are, on Python 3.11 and later. Closes issue 1923.

  • feat(streams): XADD/XTRIM accept the KEEPREF/DELREF/ACKED reference policies (#583)

🐛 Bug Fixes

  • fix: MOVE/SMOVE invalidate WATCH like Redis, add SORT_RO, sort unsorted SORT results in scripts/STORE, and fix ZSCAN while deleting (#595)

The executables in our macOS and Windows release archives and ruff wheels are now code-signed. macOS executables are signed with an Apple Developer ID certificate and notarized by Apple. Windows executables have timestamped Authenticode signatures from Azure Artifact Signing. This enables verification of the release publisher and binary integrity, supports publisher-based allowlisting, and should reduce security warnings and antivirus false positives.

Breaking changes

  • Update the default and latest Python versions for 3.15 (#28792)

Ruff now defaults to Python 3.11 instead of 3.10 when no Python version is configured through target-version or requires-python. When checking for syntax errors without a configured Python version, Ruff now defaults to Python 3.15

Regenerate the stub-generation lock with Ruff 0.17.1.

openc3/python/pyproject.toml pins ruff==0.17.1, and its comment requires Ruff to stay in step with tools/generate_singleton_stubs.py.lock. That lock still pins Ruff 0.16.8. Ruff's formatter output decides whether the generated .pyi stubs match, so the mismatch can make just stubs-check report drift.

Regenerate openc3/python/tools/generate_singleton_stubs.py.lock with uv so it resolves ruff==0.17.1. Do not edit the pin by hand, because each entry also records wheel URLs and hashes.
