Quick EMerge joins the independently installable suite as a testing beta. It opens native 3D/2D views for antenna/coupon templates and reviewed saved-PCB rule-area copper crops, with linked probes, S-parameters, radiation plots and exports. The isolated EMerge 3+ manager installs on first open, qualifies updates before activation and retains rollback.

This prepares GitHub prerelease v3.6.43-beta.1. PCM suite versions are numeric 3.6.43; rebuilt SWIG packages receive new patch versions. The stable PCM feed is deliberately unchanged. Shared runtime changes only add the desktop dependency profile and launch handshake; desktop dependencies exclude the solver/VTK environment.

Validation on Windows: root suite 726 passed / 124 skipped; Quick EMerge 86 passed / 5 skipped; five native extraction tests passed under KiCad 10.0.6. All 25 independent installers passed schema/payload/hash checks. An extracted Quick EMerge installer passed four real EMerge 3.0.0b9 API compatibility solves and native viewport/probe/export checks. Full CI is required before publication.

These are coarse compatibility studies, not numerical convergence or hardware qualification. The rule-area model is limited to two-layer bare PEC copper and homogeneous lossless dielectric; unsupported geometry is blocked. Live KiCad IPC toolbar launch remains unqualified. The capability inventory identifies unimplemented upstream functions. See quick_emerge_plugin/VALIDATION.md for evidence and screenshot provenance.

Material AI assistance was used for implementation, tests and documentation; this is not independent human review.
