Refactor notifications to use the new backend-agnostic API from wayle-services #36. Also incorporates fixes to several minor UI issues (such as removing stale actions from orphaned freedesktop notifications) and performance improvements for batch dismissal of a large number of notifications.
Requires wayle-services #36, supersedes #333.
