Adds a
general.symbolic-icon-fallbacksetting. When enabled, the workspaces (hyprland, niri, Mango) and notifications modules will fall back to using the symbolic variant of an application's desktop file icon when there is nomapped_icon. A good test case is GNOME Clock (test notifications by setting a timer and closing it from the foreground).Tested for Hyprland workspaces and Notifications; needs testing for Niri and Mango.
Note: this has nontrivial merge conflicts with another of my outstanding PRs (#321); see this merge commit.
