Parity of Response formatter menu dropdown with Bruno app

Description

This PR is matching the Response Formatter's Menu dropdown with the Bruno App's Menu Dropdown

Changes

1. The Response Formatter trigger is not colored when the dropdown is opened
2. The icon in the trigger is always the brand color
3. The size of the menu dropdown is minimized
4. The padding for the menu dropdown header component is improved and matched to Bruno app
5. The menu dropdown is not aligned at bottom end of trigger, in accordance to Bruno app
