SwarmBar posted every alert regardless of what the user was looking at, so an agent in the frontmost iTerm2 tab still raised a banner. Skip it only when the session's own tty is in the current tab of the frontmost iTerm2 window (split panes count), there was input in the last minute, and the screen is unlocked. A background tab, an idle user, a locked screen, an unidentifiable terminal and remote sessions still notify. TerminalFocuser.shouldSkipBannerreturns true only when the session's tty is in the current tab of the frontmost iTerm2 window, input happened within 60s, and the screen is unlocked. Everything else notifies: background tabs, idle user, locked screen, unidentifiable terminal, remote sessions.
