API 0.8.0-rc.113 is published from protected source 0df73b38026c80a321abd428a7e78f33dddc72bb and its sealed archive and OCI digests have been read back. The managed host still selects the previous rc112 foundation. Reserve a new Deployment version so the reviewed Platform composition can publish new signed packages without replacing immutable rc321 assets.
Changes only the package and lockfile versions. Existing automated Verify checks remain required; no runtime behavior is changed. Publication will use the exact reviewed Platform integration lock, preserve persistent development selections and unrelated components, and read back the signed catalog before reconciliation.
