I've been building for the web for 18 years, the last 11 at sahibinden.com, one of Türkiye's largest marketplaces. Today I lead the user platform team: identity and account security, fraud prevention, messaging and communication delivery. Most of my job is people and direction: hiring and growing engineers, shaping architecture across teams, and bringing AI into how we build, review and ship.
After hours I design, build and ship small apps on my own, end to end. They share one rule: private by design. No ads, no tracking, no accounts.
- Slapss: A full-screen meeting reminder for Mac. 1,000+ users, open source. Mac App Store · source
- Pano: Clipboard history for people who copy code all day. Ships without the network entitlement, so nothing can leave your Mac.
- Apple Silicon Printer Drivers: Native arm64 macOS drivers for 3,500+ Canon, Epson, HP, Brother and other printers that stopped working when Rosetta went away. Notarized installer, open source. Built in a day with Claude Code.
- Kapsül: AI nutrition and medication tracker for iOS and Android. App Store
- Small teams that own their work end to end
- Simple systems over clever ones
- Privacy as a default, not a setting
- Using AI to ship better software, not just more of it
