- Add a GitHub action so that we can check whether changes compile on each commit
- Switch ForgeGradle to anatawa12's fork of ForgeGradle 2.3. This fixes the asset download error and enables compatibility with newer versions of Gradle
- Update gradlew configuration to use gradle 6.8
- Fix Ivy dependency for BuildCraft in build.gradle. This makes it work again with gradle 6 and enables automatically downloading the source jar
- Fix some out-of-date information in the README
