Replaces PolyForm Noncommercial 1.0.0 with the eWiz License, modelled on Mac Mouse Fix's MMF License: do anything with the source; publishing a build requires attribution, no malware, and eWiz's licensing/trial/payment systems kept intact and paying the author, unless the work is substantially new. README updated. All commits are the author's, so relicensing needs no consent.
