Apply the paragraph guard in the text-editing branch of format_run.

On a shape with no text, text.edit creates a TextBody with zero paragraphs. In the text-editing branch, format_run passes that body to ed::format, which returns without change when there are no paragraphs. The formatting is dropped. text.insert then creates an empty paragraph with default end-mark properties, so the typed text does not get the requested format. Adding the same guard used by the shape-level path to this branch keeps the formatting on the end mark.

Suggested fix
         edit_text(s, |body, _| {
+ // An empty body has no paragraph to hold the formatting; add one, as the shape path does.
+            if body.paragraphs.is_empty() {
+                body.paragraphs.push(Default::default());
+            }
             if collapsed {
                 // Next typed text: put the props on an empty paragraph's end mark or keep pending.
                 ed::format(body, a, b, f);

Review comment at @crates/engine/src/cmd/text/formatting.rs around lines 50 -
54:
In the text-editing branch of format_run, ensure body.paragraphs contains a
paragraph before calling ed::format, creating a default paragraph only when the
collection is empty. This preserves the formatting on the end mark for
subsequent text insertion.
