chore(themes): regenerate from the palette - #6
Merged
Conversation
Bright white moves from `fg` to `fg_vivo`, the colour the palette gained for the bright end of the text ramp. No hex was chosen here — the mapping and the catalogue are unchanged, and these files are what they resolve to. Done by hand because GitHub Actions is in a major outage and the engine's fan-out, which normally opens this pull request, cannot run.

spn lint, gen --check,readme --checkandpreview --checkwere all run locally and are clean. The engine pin stays at
^1.0: bumping it belongs to the fan-out, and there is no published v1.3.0 binary yet because the release workflow could not run either.
