Ping Flow

Alice sends a ping her tribe memberships match some announcements (events, dates, sales etc) say an event She sends a msg to the announcement owner announcement owner looks at Alice's tribes, perhaps collects fee from Alice, accepts her request, and sends details. Alice attends event, perhaps connects with folks.. they cosign her in certain tribes, or at a minimum she gets an event association
