These modules were introduced to support the product_intake_evaluation feature (restricted backend-only users via base_group_backend, and hiding the custom filter/group options on the product list via web_hide_custom_search). That feature has been retired and the modules are no longer used, with no remaining dependents, so move them to .void to exclude them from the addons path while keeping the history. task-6798
