Yes, since we are not executing an autocalibration.

I assume now it's gone, and it will stay qq auto. Or should we try to find another name?
In lack of anything meaningful, we could even go for something extremely generic like qq run. Though, beyond the paper, it shouldn't be terribly relevant, since the CLI will be incrementally deprecated in favor of scripts (i.e. I don't have plans to drop the CLI any time soon, but only when everyone will have started using scripts).
P.S.: let me write a Qibocal issue about that...

I think qq run is a good name, short and generic, if @andrea-pasquale agrees we can change it in Qibocal (maybe we should also think about resubmitting the paper)

For me qq run is fine. I wouldn't worry about resubmitting the paper.
The paper is associated to the version 0.1.0 where we are using qq auto.

I added the qibocal paper diagrams too (as usual, in a separate folder). I would suggest to merge this and then in case we can fix the name very fast :) |
