Added a tutorial for Block Encoding a molecular Hamiltonian into a qibo circuit.

Features:

  • PREP: Mottonen-complex amplitude encoder from qibo.models.encodings
  • SEL: Multi-qubit controlled unitaries from qubit Hamiltonian
