Make 3.3.0 release #1750
Description
Background
It's time for another release. We have no big features planned for this one, but a pair of critical fixes including
- Echo connection check to fix network degradation due to partially disconnected nodes.
- Don't store full attestation submissions, to prevent out of gas errors when we have more than three TEE nodes in a cluster.
User Story
As an MPC user I want access to the latest features and bug fixes
Acceptance Criteria
We've made the 3.3.0 release containing the fixes above.
