- New test/card.dom.js using jsdom + react-dom/client createRoot
- Covers position (top/right/bottom/left), display:none fallback, arrow rendering and custom arrow color, useHover on/off behavior, hover keeping tooltip visible after active=false, and unmount cleanup
- Scoped DOM globals inside describe() so they don't leak into test/index.js's SSR (no-DOM) checks
- Add jsdom as a dev dependency
