- Add .gitignore to exclude Python and Pelican build artifacts.
- Update Makefile for better virtual environment support and streamlined 'uv' setup.
- Significant rewrite of the homepage and core pages for better readability and SEO.
- Add new FAQ and specialized service pages (translation, tutoring) in both English and Russian.
- Improve bilingual consistency and add metadata summaries to all content pages.
