Workbench Browser workflow convergence

Summary

• reshape the Workbench Browser into a compact ribbon plus dense engineering explorer
• add canonical Data Model and DataSet right-pane drill-down without a second semantic tree
• add dense report and configured GOOSE detail views while preserving existing services
• add bounded model projection and regression coverage for large models and multi-IED routing

Architecture

• protocol/core behavior is unchanged
• live discovery and opened SCL continue to feed the existing canonical engineering context
• right-pane children are a bounded projection (maximum 4096) of MmsLiveTreeModel
• unsupported runtime values remain unknown rather than being synthesized

Validation

• Release build: arstack_ied_simulator
• Browser convergence/service-reuse/global-data/control/report-authoring gates
• 60,106-node large-model QA with canonical drill-down
• engineering-context and discovery/SCL export QA
• multi-IED routing QA
• offscreen smoke and rendered Data Model screenshot

Remaining limits

• populated live report/GOOSE/Files/Setting Groups states still require an authorized lab session for final visual comparison
• pre-existing unrelated QML diagnostics remain outside this change
