Point MainSequence marketplace to Codex plugin 0.7.9 - #20

Advance the marketplace entry from 0.4.2 to 0.7.9, which registers saved project MCP tools through devtools 0.3.12's shared project-tool registry (ADR 0004) and sets a 300 s tool timeout for cold CRM calls.
