Append the publication record to the 0.7.9 section: tag v0.7.9 on main 9cddf65, the release workflow run, the registry integrity of @dev-mainsequence/codex-plugin@0.7.9, the devtools marketplace advance (devtools#20, 18cbfc8) and the isolated-CODEX_HOME install from the public marketplace (0.7.9 installed and enabled, devtools 0.3.12 by its registry integrity).
