Point the Codex marketplace at mainsequence 0.3.0 (merge after publishing) - #13

Conversation
The single entry is now `mainsequence`, installed from @dev-mainsequence/codex-plugin 0.3.0. The former `mainsequence-devtools` entry is removed by the owner's decision (ADR 0003); installed copies keep running from Codex's cache until users install the new entry, trust its hook and remove the old plugin, as the plugin repository's README explains. Merge only after @dev-mainsequence/codex-plugin@0.3.0 is on the npm registry. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>
