The Codex plugin now lives in mainsequence-sdk/mainsequence-codex-plugin and is published as @dev-mainsequence/codex-plugin 0.3.0. The marketplace entry is renamed to `mainsequence`; existing installs of `mainsequence-devtools` must be removed after adding the new entry, as the new repository's README explains.
