Replaces the pending note at the end of the 0.7.9 section of docs/agents-tools-panel.md with the recorded acceptance, so the published package's docs carry it.

Verified on 2026-10-23 with the build of main c90f1c1 (npm ci --ignore-scripts, then npm run release:check: 55 tests, release metadata, standalone and npm archives, the npm archive exercised as Codex installs it) and its packaged server over stdio against the saved CRM connection (backend http://local-backend:8000, Production):

  • initialize answered mainsequence 0.7.9; the background refresh sent tools/list_changed after 0.5 s and the next tools/list returned 88 tools, the 72 CRM tools among them under their shared-registry names (ms_crm_contacts_list_68ee6e71).
  • tools/call ms_crm_contacts_list_68ee6e71 with page_size: 1 returned in 10.1 s, isError unset, code: ok, one contact of 212.
  • Before auth-status names the backend, a fresh server's first tools/list listed both scopes of the shared catalog file (160 tools); recorded as a devtools follow-up.

Docs only; no code change.

Replace the pending note at the end of the 0.7.9 section with the result: release:check from
the registry devtools archive (55 tests), and the stdio acceptance of the packaged server
against the saved CRM connection (tools/list_changed at 0.5 s, 88 tools with
`ms_crm_contacts_list_68ee6e71`, a `page_size: 1` call answered in 10.1 s with `code: ok`).
Also note that a fresh server's first tools/list, before auth-status has named the backend,
lists every scope of the shared catalog file; a devtools follow-up.
