Closes #5. Supersedes closed draft #6 after the branch history refresh. Adds language-grouped checks, cross-platform Python self-tests, CodeQL, dependency review, OSV scanning, uv audit, Bandit, and weekly grouped Dependabot updates. No C# tooling is included.
