## The Railway service is `diplicity-react`, not the deploy domain

`railway run --service` takes the service name. That is `diplicity-react`; `diplicity-react-production`
is the deploy domain prefix (`diplicity-react-production.up.railway.app`) and resolves to
`Service not found`. Check a service name against `railway run --service <name> -- printenv
RAILWAY_ENVIRONMENT` before putting it in a workflow — `railway up` is more forgiving about the
name than `railway run` is, so copying one from a deploy workflow does not prove it correct.

`railway run` also needs a project-scoped token in `RAILWAY_TOKEN`; an account token belongs in
`RAILWAY_API_TOKEN` and is rejected here as `Invalid RAILWAY_TOKEN`. See
`.claude/skills/production/SKILL.md` for the split.
