Add foxdongle_uf2 and foxpromicro_rfek_uf2 board definitions with UF2 partition layouts under pm_static/. Extend CI to build all three Fox boards (including foxdongle33_uf2) with optional DataCollect CDC variants.
Use CONFIG_SLIMEVR_USB_DEVICE_* on foxdongle_uf2 and foxpromicro_rfek_uf2 instead of legacy CONFIG_USB_DEVICE_* (USBD_NEXT). Align product names on all three Fox boards. Remove per-board pm_static files identical to pm_static/nrf52840_uf2.yml; sysbuild falls back to the generic layout.
