docs: alinea badges con el stack verificable - #136

Concepto: el README comunica de forma breve las tecnologías presentes en el trabajo actual. Problema: faltaba una referencia visual y consistente del stack utilizado. Alternativas: listar las tecnologías solo como texto o usar badges de Shields.io. Justificación: los badges mejoran el escaneo del perfil sin sustituir la explicación técnica del proyecto. Concepto: los badges describen el stack presente en el repositorio. Problema: el README mezclaba tecnologías de academy-web y declaraba Rust 2021. Alternativas: conservar badges genéricos o limitarse a tecnologías verificables. Justificación: una lista pequeña y comprobable preserva la honestidad técnica del curso. El README conserva solo badges de tecnologías comprobables en rust-cloud: Rust 2024, Node.js, GitHub Actions y Markdown. Se eliminan referencias a tecnologías propias de academy-web.
Verificaciones: compuertas documentales, formato, clippy, pruebas, doctests y benchmarks en verde.
