Concepto: las compuertas automáticas deben leerse como una sola lista operativa, aunque vivan en varios documentos. Problema: la revisión humana pierde trazabilidad si README, publicación candidata, guía, paquete humano y matriz nombran compuertas distintas. Alternativas: mantener las listas a mano, derivarlas de un archivo externo o verificar sincronía con un script local sin dependencias. Justificación: el verificador local conserva RFC-0001 §20 sin agregar dependencias ni cambiar estados editoriales.
