This lockfile change updates @preact/signals-core instead of the dependency this PR is meant to remediate: protobufjs is still locked at 7.5.4 in both the package entry and the OpenTelemetry snapshot (protobufjs@7.5.4 and protobufjs: 7.5.4 remain unchanged). As a result, frozen installs in CI/production will continue to install the old protobufjs version and the security/hardening bump to 7.5.8 will not take effect.
