Bump protobufjs in lockfile as intended
This commit does not actually update protobufjs: pnpm-lock.yaml still resolves protobufjs at 7.5.4 (including the @opentelemetry/otlp-transformer dependency path), while this hunk updates unrelated @preact/signals-core. Merging this as-is gives a false sense that the protobufjs upgrade landed, but runtime installs will continue using the old version.
