Reorder operations so aggregateStacks runs first, then calculateOverlap and overlapToMatrix operate on the final aggregated spatial unit rather than pre-aggregation z-plane layers. Simplifies aggregate_stack_param default by removing new_spat_unit (now derived from spat_unit inside the body) while retaining summarize_expression and summarize_locations defaults. Replaces vmsg() with message() for compatibility.
