The emulated TPM enables the VMs to use secret key material, i.e. for signing software artifacts or logging into other machines via SSH, without being able to exfiltrate the key material.

The path to actually using this is still a bit rough, but maybe this is a first step in getting this to work.

In the future it might be interesting to just set up a TPM state for every machine type if none exists yet.

The tpm2-pkcs11 DB has to be made available to the VM in some way or
another.
