Cards #8 and #9 (2026-10-31). Plans opens on an index: Tracking, Unsorted, then topics with plans first and Decisions folded; search; hidden and archive out. plan_topics.py files items by fixed keyword rules (never an agent); Move to… pins the item and learns a rule; rename and merge; the first topic list comes from the page's titles. Simplification step 5: remove offline page interface and feedback export
adapter.js no longer builds, styles-by-hand or posts its own question cards. shell.js renderDecisionBlock draws both places (AnnotateDocs.stripCard gives the document its copy, wired to the same actions); each place keeps its classes, so before/after shots on an FLD copy match pixel for pixel. Simplification step 4: one question card for the rail and the document
Two visual treatments of the Send review dialog that keep every part: ?sv=1 reading list with a pinned general-feedback box; ?sv=2 GOV.UK check-your-answers ledger. Answers in full under/beside their question, one type scale, plain counts, muted warning and Discard. No parameter leaves today's dialog unchanged. Treatment 1 becomes the dialog; the ?sv switch and treatment 2 are gone. General feedback is an open box under the title and summary line, above the answers. The unanswered line moves, muted, to just above Not in this Send. Every other part stays: Review and Plans tabs, Open Plans, Answers, Comments, Not in this Send (collapsed, built on open), Change in place, Discard, Back and Send. Chang rejected opening an image by tapping it. A tap on an image comments again, as before. Under each image, next to its IMG id, a magnifier button group opens it at exactly that share of its real pixels, from the original file when the preview lacks them, scrolling when larger than the screen; a tap there comments on that spot. Not in this Send sorts by when each card was sent or answered, newest first, falling back to the card number (Chang 2026-10-31). Still collapsed and built on open. Tests: the general feedback box is open at the top and saves the draft; Not in this Send is newest first; every part of the dialog is present.
