image-builder: customize composefs bootc disks through the bootc deployment mount #164

Description
Step 6 (part) of the bib/image-builder composefs plan (gist on the parent). Use osbuild's new bootc deployment mount for composefs-backend bootc disks so users, groups, files, directories and subscription customizations apply instead of being dropped. Stacked on forge image-builder#4.
