usage: Show Mistral requests and tokens beside the pools - #56

bot-heartbeat now publishes the praxis broker's Mistral counters in the bot-usage/v1 snapshot. They have no plan window, so there is no percent or pace: show a plain row of requests and tokens, labelled as since the broker started, rather than a bar. A snapshot without the key (an older broker) shows no row. Generated-by: AI

Shows Mistral next to Claude and OpenAI in the always-visible Weekly subscription usage section. The data comes from
bot-usage/v1's new optional top-levelmistral: {requests, tokens}(published by bot-heartbeat from the broker's/usage, cgwalters-bot/homegit#187). Mistral has no plan window, so the row is a plain counter,N requests · T tokens since the broker started, with no bar or pace. Absent or malformedmistralshows nothing.Verified with
npm run check(typecheck, 1461 tests, build), including a new parse test and a render assertion on the usage-pools fixture.Generated-by: https://github.com/cgwalters/#llms
