WIP: Add regression example

Add regression example for the collision check. Tag or commit based.

TODO:

• Test default collision check configuration
• Check if there is a 100% improvement after MoveIt 1.1.7 (distance with box in collision)
• Consistent checkout for all the main MoveIt packages.From V4hn -> You might pull in other issues that way, but you could definitely go with a time-point-based checkout and checkout the last commit before a specific time stamp at least for geometric_shapes, srdfdom, moveit_msgs.
• Add regex examples for versioning tag
• Cleanup script and ask for a wizard
