fix(overview): shrink flyGhost + 500ms 选号 display dwell - #445

Scale the outcome fly-out down in flight (~0.42) and narrower end width so the pill settles toward Done/Failed instead of staying near full slot size. Queue→slot / retry trails keep the existing mild motion stretch.
Display-only hold in SelectingRequests after Bind so InflightLiveCard waiting rail can show selecting; Acquire/pickNext unchanged.

flyGhostfor Slot→Done/Failed now scales down during the flight (~0.42, end width ~55%) and fades even smaller (~0.28), so the ghost shrinks toward the outcome control instead of staying nearly slot-sized.SelectingRequestskeeps a request in the/api/livequeueprojection for 500ms afterStart, even afterBindAccount. Real Acquire / pickNext are unchanged — only the waiting-rail visibility for InflightLiveCard.internal/webui/static(flyGhost commit).Empty waiting queue (context)
When capacity exists, Acquire binds in the same handler (sub-ms–ms), so the selecting window was almost always invisible under free-capacity traffic (and LIVE_POLL_MS is 2.5s). The 500ms display hold improves chance of seeing 选号 on the rail without parking waiters in the pool.
