…'key' to the dictionary was 'name', so changed the 'key' to be their urn:id.
…y_identifier will be set to the respective 'denotes_*' attribute depending on its 'type'
…annotation.csv file. should update this in the future such that the indices are NOT hard coded.

first draft of hmba_annotation_translator that takes nelson's annotation spreadsheet as input and aligns it with the bke_taxonomy schema
