Note what the table does not hold: there is no `created_at` or `last_used_at`,
so nothing records when a cookie was issued or last used. The API token table
(see [API Tokens](api-tokens.md)) does track last use, because tokens are managed
from a list where "last used 3 days ago" is the point; a remember-me cookie is
not. `expires` does move forward on every resume — validator rotation rewrites
the row each time — so `expires` minus the TTL is close to a last-used stamp, but
it is a side effect rather than a recorded fact, and it drifts the moment you
change the TTL. If you want a device list, or the ability to spot a cookie still
live on a lost phone, add the columns and stamp them in `create()` and
`update()`; `PdoRememberStorage` is a short class to extend.
