Summary

Adds a French (France) translation of the app and its store listing.

• values-fr-rFR/strings.xml: all 717 strings translated, same keys as values/strings.xml
• fastlane/metadata/android/fr-FR: short and full descriptions and all changelogs translated
• No fr-FR/images: the screenshots were identical to the English ones, so the store listing falls back to en-US until French screenshots are made

Validation

• Static XML parsing, resource coverage, placeholder, and plural checks passed.
• Compilation was run
