Animated SMIL version of the existing hero: the command types itself in, then the report builds up line by line (risk gauge draws, impact list, cycle path, affected files). Same palette/layout as the static \hero.svg\ so it drops into the README hero slot seamlessly. Loops on a 22s cycle.
Kept \hero.svg\ in the repo for non-animated contexts.
