Summary
Prepare v1.4.1 to publish the already merged documentation and compatibility-skill maintenance from #366/#369. The owner has explicitly authorized release publication; normal repository protections, current-head/final-main checks and required human PyPI approval remain in force.
Refs #368. #370 remains a separate fixture-observation issue, not fixed here; its original CI stall cause is unconfirmed. #367 and Long-term research are excluded. No new native/SSH/Windows/free-threaded/ACK/fleet qualification, global installation or service rollout is claimed.
Validation
Independent review
Antigravity CLI 1.4.12, explicitly selected and init-confirmed gemini-4-argon-medium / medium, fresh plan+sandbox stdin review, completed with exit 0 / SUCCESS in 49.093s. Frozen complete changed-document/source/workflow packet: 56469 bytes, SHA-256 b0ddff09d089fecfd1384445dc151e6a14905163f6a98916149672fbd2538a20. Zero mandatory or recommended edits; no source files changed after review. This includes the Japanese/Korean/Simplified Chinese document changes.
Claude Code remains unavailable because of the weekly limit observed during the immediately preceding maintenance review (reported reset November 5 at 07:00 Asia/Seoul). It was not retried or replaced with another CLI/model; this is explicitly partial paired-CLI review, not a successful Claude review. A separate non-author subagent performed static source/translation/manifest/history checks without reading the Antigravity response and found no material issue; this is not represented as a substitute Claude run.
Publication sequence
After exact-head CI/automatic review and normal merge, require final protected-main CI; use a fresh v1.4.1 tag at that exact source. Run prepare-release, verify all 7 frozen assets/manifest/provenance and authenticated workflow/ref/source/OIDC/hosted-runner attestations, plus dependency audits and fresh installs, before GitHub publication. The publish workflow must retain required human pypi environment approval and verify the exact two non-yanked PyPI files after upload. The prior private PyPI login/binding recheck remains omitted by user preference, not marked verified.
Neither v1.4.0 assets nor separately installed skills are replaced by this release. Operational updates remain separate.
